Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP)

About this service

The Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP) is an integrated program at Djerriwarrh Health Services with components designed to meet the needs of children, women, and men who have been affected by issues of family violence. Separate services for children, women and men, but family sessions are available where appropriate. Services include group programmes and/or individual counselling for children and women, and menÍs behaviour change group programmes for men. Partners/ex-partners/family members of men in the programme are also offered support. Childcare is provided to all programs at no cost to the client.

      All residents of the City of Melton and Moorabool Shires, including those that work or attend school in Melton or Moorabool. Entry to all parts of the FVPP is by individual assessment.
