Child Health Program

About this service

Djerriwarrh Health Services provides speech pathology and occupational therapy services to children with mild to moderate developmental delays through the Child Health Program at the Melton Community Health Centre and the Caroline Springs Community Health Centre. Intervention is based on patient needs which may include 1:1 therapy or group therapy. The Child Health Team refers clients to other child health services as needed.

    • Eligibility criteria

      Speech Pathology services are provided to children with mild to moderate speech and language delays aged 0-6 years. Occupational Therapy services are provided to children aged 0 - 6 years with mild to moderate delays in fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual perceptual skills, self care, cognition and behaviour.
